Uninsured Services

You should be aware from previous communications that we have been providing non-OHIP covered services with the assistance of a company called PatientServ. Beginning March 1st, 2018, we will be managing all uninsured services and payments directly through our office. Patients who have previously purchased a Block Fee Program through PatientServ will continue to be covered for uninsured services for the remainder of their purchase period. We will be billing patients directly through our office for any and all non-OHIP covered services beginning March 1st, 2018.

Find attached a list of all uninsured services to our patients, along with individual fees applicable, and Block Fee Program Fees.

Fee Guide

Payment is expected for these services at time of service.

Please consider the benefits of purchasing the Block Fee Program for yourself/your family members. By purchasing the block fee patients will be covered for a number of uninsured services including perscription refills by fax without an appointment (where appropriate), massage/physio/orthotics/sick notes, uninsured immunization injection fees, doctors notes and reports, and many other non-OHIP covered services. Speak with our staff for more details.
